DAN LEFFELAAR 

Associate Partner, Director, Mental Performance & Leadership

As Associate Partner and Director, Mental Performance and Leadership with Link Management, Dan is a highly sought-after mental performance coach for high level executives, leaders, professional athletes and organizations seeking to take new ground in personal mastery, large scale organizational change and high-performance mindset adaptation. He has worked with a variety of individuals and organizations across many sectors, including; TransCanada Pipelines, Progress Energy, RenoWorks, sports teams at the amateur and professional levels, Olympic athletes and NHL players. With both history and experience as a high-performance athlete himself, Dan understands what it takes to not only achieve but rather maintain high performance results. He has witnessed first-hand the difference that a high-performance mindset can make between winning and losing.

In his role as Director, Mental Performance and Leadership, Dan oversees all aspects of the athlete’s mental performance requirements, life skills training, leadership development and oversees The Link Pro Player Mentorship Program™ and The Link Lettered Jersey Leadership Program™.

As a member of Link’s Executive Team, Dan’s responsibilities extend to facilitation of Corporate Accountability and Culture, Strategy Execution and Leadership Development for all aspects of Link Management as a firm and the team. Dan holds a degree in Health Sciences from the University of Calgary. He resides in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with his wife Laura and their three children.
